Project Details
Plans call for an ADA-compliant building of approximately 23,000 square feet. State-of-the-art space provides for countless activities and services you will enjoy including civic gatherings, commercial meetings, receptions, reunions, fine arts performances, displays, banquets and health and fitness activities. The building offers perfect overflow and complementary space for the needs of the Wilton Community Schools as well as room for growth and expansion of the Library.

The community room is the largest single space, and will be used annually by an estimated 4,500 people comprised of both Wilton residents and out-of-town guests. Approximately 500 people can be seated at tables for large meetings, arts events, receptions or banquets. Based on your response to surveys and a feasibility study about the project, the Wilton Library and Community Center (WLCC) Committee intends that use for recreation and fitness activities be secondary to its primary use as meeting/reception/fine arts space.
